In Class we did,
- PRS - more gas laws
- do the Practice test 10.1 (Use a calculator as necessary. Answers are also posted, check them, let me know if you have any issues.)
- Print LAD 10.1 - Molar Mass of a gas and Make a data/results table
- Print LAD 10.2 - Molar Volume of a gas and Make a data/results table
- (If you weren’t at the test prep session last period, Make a data table for LAD 10.3 - % Yield of a gas
Tues Nov 24 - Extra Help Available, sign up in class.
In Class we did,
- do LAD 10.3 - Percent Yield of Oxygen Gas
- If you haven’t done the Practice Test 10.1 - Gas Laws, now is a good time. There will be more practice for you to work on over vacation.
- Finish the calculations and the work on the Questions to Ponder for LAD 10.3
- Be sure you are on board with the calculations of LAD 10.1 - Molar Mass of a Gas.
- Reread LAD 10.2 - Molar Volume and make sure you have your data table ready to go for tomorrow.
Wed Nov 25 - Extra Help Available, sign up in class.
In Class we did,
- LAD 9.2 - Determining the Molar Volume of a Gas
- Please work on at least 4 Free Response Practice Problems (1971, 1972, 1973 & 2002B), posted on the Ch 10 document page as P 10.1 (There are answers provided) Do more if you like - in the end, all of them will be good practice.
- Be sure that you have processed your data for all three LADS: 10.1, 10.2, 10.3
- You should understand how to do all the calculations. There will be a lab quiz coming soon.
- Get after your practice test if you haven’t already. It is posted on chapter 10 document page
