Mon Jan 4 - No extra help - Faculty meeting
In Class we did,
- start equilibrium
- over the kinetics test
- read part of chapter 15 (pgs 575-590) Work on the tan sample exercises (15.1-15.5, 15.7, 15.8) within those pages
- check your understanding with problems at the back of the chapter 7, 11, 15, 22, 23 (pg 605)
- Don’t put off your work as the test will come quickly and the end of the semester is nearly here.
- There will be an exam on Jan 20 for EVERYONE. It will be a review of all that we have done so far.
Tues Jan 5 - Extra help available only til 2:30
In Class we did,
- more equilibrium - using K
- LeChatelier’s Principle
- read the last two sections of chapter 15 (pgs 590-601)
- Work on the sample exercises in the tan boxes, 15.9-15.11
- At the back of the chapter work on problems 29, 31, 35, 43 (starting on pg 606)

- PRS - Lechat (no discussion til after answering)
- Kp to Kc
- P-calculating
- FR practice 1 & 3 in class
- preview PreLAD hwk Mv = MV for “initial” concentrations
- print and do the PreLAD for LAD 15.1 - Equilibrium
- Free Response Practice finish #1 and continue with 2, 4, 5, 6 (questions and answers are posted on the locked page)

- over FR practice #1
- discuss the Olympiad
- be sure you have made all of your preLAD calculations for LAD 15.1 (make sure you reread the procedure.
- Continue with the free response. There will be a MC practice test over the weekend.
Fri Jan 8 - Extra help available, sign up in class.
In Class we did,
- LAD 15.1 - determining the equilibrium constant
- Process the data for LAD 15.1 - Keq, I will collect your data table and graph (or linear equation to describe your 1-5 trials) on Mon
- Finish up the General Equilibrium Practice problems (Remember that answers are available on the locked page)
- There will be an equlibrium quiz on Mon
- Work on a practice test for chapter 15 - posted on Ch 15 document page
- Consider starting a review for the final exam which will cover all the chapters that we have covered so far: 1-5, 10, 14, 15, 20
