In Class we did,

• Solution stoich problem (PRS - molarity)
• over apx - Lab question
• over the practice test
• Quiz 3.1 - Stoich

Outside of class you should,

• bring in your AP Test fees - $61 per exam (you can turn them all in to me or tell me which teacher you turned them in to)
• The AP environmental exam will be completely covered by the AP grant. I need to know how many of you are willing to commit to taking the test. We will work on it as the year progresses as well as the week in between the two tests since you would take the Enviro exam 10 days later.
• You should be working in chapter 4 (If you didn’t do the assignment from 9/17, here it is: Get reading in Chapter 4 about reactions pgs 113-121 and At end of chapter 4 work probs 6, 15, 16, 51, 53 (pg 145)
• Print and finish working on practice test
• do P 4.1 - Solution Stoichiometry (found on ch 4 document page)
• do P 4.2 - Reaction Type Review (found on ch 4 document page)
• there will be a Stoichiometry Quiz on Tues

Tues Sept 22 - Extra Help Available, sign up in class.
In Class we did,

• stoich quiz
• PRS - Electrolytes, Acids & Bases

Outside of class you should,

• You should have started in chapter 4. Read pgs 113-127 and pgs 134-138
• Continue with endo of chapter probs: 21, 22, 25, 27, 29, 57, 59 ( you should have already worked: 6, 15, 16, 51, 53)
• there will be a solution stoichiometry quiz on Wed
• bring in your AP Test fees - $61 per exam (you can turn them all in to me or tell me which teacher you turned them in to)
• I’ll ask about the enviro test on Wed, many of you did not comment.

Wed Sept 23 - NO Extra Help Today

Outside of class you should,

• finish reading chapter 4 by reading section 4 (pgs 128-133) and work on probs 94, 97, 98 (on pg 150)
• if you havent’t done the assigned problems in chapter 4 - now is the time.... see the assignments above
• bring in your AP Test fees - $61 per exam (No charge for Environmental)

• finish going over the stoich practice test

Outside of class you should,

• Stoichiometry test on Tuesday
• balancing in basic solution. At the end of chapter 20 (pg 821) 9 (e-f), 10 (e-f)
• read and do the PreLAD for LAD 4.2 - Redox Titration (Make a Data table and answer the PreLAD questions)
